Morris was my maternal great grandfather, who passed away in 1992. He was infatuated with recording devices and so preserved many of his memoirs this way. My grandmother RMK transcribed some of these, and a stenographer recorded the rest. Grandma's transcriptions were printed on her home computer into a small book and then distributed to her children and grandchildren. Very few of these copies have survived. I decided to record the stories so if my copy is lost or borrowed, the stories will remain. Also to have something to do during the pandemic.
I would like to add additional materials (maps, photos, references) for individual segments in the future.
